TUITION & ENROLLMENT POLICY

This Tuition & Enrollment Policy (“Policy”) governs all enrollments at Exclusive Guitar Lessons (“Academy”). By enrolling in any program and submitting payment, the student and/or parent/legal guardian (“Student”) agrees to be legally bound by this Policy. Acceptance occurs upon enrollment and payment, whether electronically or otherwise.

1. Tuition Structure & Billing

1.1 The Academy provides four (4) online lessons per month, fifty (50) minutes each.

1.2 Tuition reserves a recurring weekly time slot and dedicated instructor availability.

1.3 Tuition is billed monthly in advance and is not based on attendance.

1.4 Tuition is owed in full regardless of attendance, missed classes, vacations, or voluntary withdrawal during a billing period.

1.5 Student authorizes the Academy to charge the payment method provided at enrollment on a recurring monthly basis for all tuition and amounts due under this Policy. This authorization remains in effect until all financial obligations are satisfied.

Discounted tuition rates reflect a financial commitment and are available only for the minimum term specified.

3. Commitment Terms & Cancellation

3.1 One (1) Month Plan – $320/month

Month-to-month plan with no extended commitment.
Tuition is non-refundable once the billing period begins.

3.2 Three (3) Month Plan – $296/month

Minimum 3-month financial commitment.
Tuition is billed monthly on the subscription schedule.
Cancellation is only allowed after the 3-month term.
Missed classes do not reduce tuition or allow refunds.

3.3 Six (6) Month Plan – $276/month

Minimum 6-month financial commitment.
Tuition is billed monthly on the subscription schedule.
Cancellation is only allowed after the 6-month term.
Missed classes do not reduce tuition or allow refunds.

Important: For subscription plans, the Academy will automatically charge the monthly rate for the full commitment term. Early termination is not permitted; the subscription continues until the end of the agreed minimum term.

4. Late Fees & Suspension

4.1 Tuition not received within five (5) calendar days of the due date will incur a late fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the outstanding balance.

4.2 The Academy may suspend classes for non-payment. Suspension does not relieve Student of financial obligations.

4.3 The Academy is not required to hold the Student’s time slot during suspension.

5. Missed Classes & Rescheduling

5.1 Missed classes are forfeited and are not refunded, credited, or carried forward.

5.2 Student may request to reschedule a maximum of one (1) class per calendar month.

5.3 Rescheduling requests must:

Be submitted by email to both the Academy and the instructor;
Be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class.

5.4 Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and is not guaranteed.

5.5 If no availability exists, the class is forfeited.

6. Academy Closures

The Academy observes scheduled holiday closures. Tuition is not prorated or reduced due to holiday closures. Closures may include:

Two (2) weeks Christmas/New Year
One (1) week Spring Break
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Two (2) weeks Summer recess
One (1) week Thanksgiving

7. No Refund Policy

All tuition payments are final and non-refundable once a billing period begins. Tuition represents payment for reserved instructional time and enrollment commitment.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
