Here you will meet up with one of our experts and he will understand your current level and goals. Any questions you have will be answered and based on what he sees he will recommend the best teacher for your needs.

What happens if my teacher misses the class?

The academy will make sure that you get your class or will refund you for that specific class.

Question 5

What happens if I forget to assist to a class?

We operate under tuition model and the exact hours and teacher is reserved specifically for you. If you miss a class we will not refund it. If you wish to reschedule a class you have a limit of 1 per month reschedule and it will be subject to the teachers availability to do so and not fully guaranteed. A minimum of 72 hours heads up before the class you want to reschedule is required.

What happens with holidays?

The Academy will have scheduled holiday closures. Tuition is not prorated or reduced due to holiday closures. Closures may include: Two (2) weeks Christmas/New Year, One (1) week Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Two (2) weeks Summer recess, One (1) week Thanksgiving

What happens if I stop liking my teacher or have a problem with him?

This rarely happens our teachers are amazing humans and professionals! But if it does happen the academy will analyze the problem and assign you to a different teacher in our roster if necessary.

Question 8

How do I pay for my classes?

Accepted Answer

We accept all kinds of methods and autopay will be set up from the payment method you choose so you wont have to worry about it. If there is a problem with your payment method tuition not received within five (5) calendar days of the due date will incur a late fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the outstanding balance.

Question 9

Can I Cancel a 3 month or 6 month commitment?

Commitment tuition give you access to special discounts. Once you sign for 3 or 6 month tuition we do not accept cancels and if you decide not to take your classes you will still need to pay in full for it. If you are not sure about the best plan for you we recommend first to try out one month with no commitment and then decide.
